Ecolodge

The Ayahuasca Museum is located on the territory of the Cordillera Escalera Ecolodge.

The Cordillera Escalera Ecolodge is located between the Andes and the Amazon, near the town of Tarapoto, a few minutes away from the Cordillera Escalera Conservation Area. Guests can select one of eight comfortable eco-style bungalows with all the necessary amenities.

Enjoy the proximity of the jungle, the aromas of fruit and blooming trees, clean air and the atmosphere of tranquility — everything that people lack in the daily hustle and bustle of big cities.

    We invite Ecolodge guests to the evening gastronomic event — an «Amazonian Dinner»

    During the Dinner, we tell our guests about the traditional Amazonian cuisine and teach them to cook as the locals do.

    Our gastronomic events are held by Peruvian chefs. They prepare menus for each occasion and give workshops.

    Guests are invited to try cooking two courses themselves. The dinner lasts for two hours: it’s enough time for each participant to get into the roles of both the cook and the taster. At the same time, they will be able to fully feel the atmosphere of a typical Amazonian evening — we have done our best to create an absolutely authentic environment.

    The ’Amazonian Dinner’ is held by appointment (it must be booked at least 3 days prior),
